The compensation structure includes 90% fixed pay and 10% variable pay, with annual increments ranging from 7-10% based on performance.
Application Process

The application process involves registration, completion of the online form, uploading necessary documents (photograph, signature, resume, certificates), and payment of the application fee. The fee is ₹750 for General/EWS/OBC candidates, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. Shortlisted individuals will be invited for an interview, which carries a total of 100 marks. The qualifying marks for the interview will be determined by the bank. A merit list will be prepared based on interview scores. During the selection process, compensation negotiations will occur in order of merit.
